Our six-week Level 1 Beginners Yoga Course is the ideal introduction to hatha yoga. Our teachers take each class step by step to ensure you’re confident in the most common yoga poses with adjustments to suit your body. The six-week course is perfect for students who are first-time yogis, or those wanting to expand their knowledge and confidence and refine their poses. The course focuses on the history and philosophy of yoga, breathing, meditation and alignment. We keep our beginners classes at 10 students to ensure every student receives individual attention. If you miss a week you can always make it up in the next beginners course.
The Beginners Yoga Course includes:
Week 1: Introduction to yoga, pranayama (breathing) and sun salutations
Week 2: Standing poses, core and twists.
Week 3: Meditation, mindfulness and balance poses.
Week 4: Hip and heart openers
Week 5: Balances and inversions for beginners
Week 6: Sequencing and flow.

Yoga for mamas-to-be, suitable for both beginner and experienced yoginis.
Through pregnancy yoga, equip yourself with the tools to strengthen your body, connect with baby and breath, raise energy levels when you’re flagging, and quiet the mind when it goes rogue.
Class themes may include: strengthening the pelvic floor and preparing for labour; boosting energy and reducing fatigue; breathwork for labour and beyond; yoga for common pregnancy issues; and restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Teacher Bio: Natalie has practiced for over a 15 years. She completed her 200 hours at Hot Power Yoga, London, her pre/postnatal teacher training with YogaLondon, and her yoga nidra teaching qualification with Total Yoga Nidra under Nirlipta Tuli and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, author of Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth, and Yoni Shakti.
Having recently moved back to Brisbane after 14 years in the UK, Natalie now teaches Vinyasa, Hot Flow, Yin, Pre/Postnatal and Yoga Nidra.
